Does it cost anything to get started?
No. Texting us, going over your options, and finding out which programs you qualify for doesn't cost you anything, and there's no obligation to work with us. Also, you shouldn't have to pay anyone to get pre-qualified. If an agent wants to charge you for it, that's a red flag.
How much do I need to have saved?
It depends on the program. Some let qualified buyers get in with $0 down, but you'll still have closing costs, and some programs help with those too. We'll tell you which one fits your situation.
What credit score do I need?
Different programs have different minimums, and some are lower than people expect. Tell us where you're at and we'll be straight with you about what's possible.
What will the monthly payment look like?
That depends on the price, the program, and the rate that day. We'll run real numbers for you instead of guessing.
Do I have to pay you to be my agent?
In most cases, the seller pays our commission, and our goal is for you to pay nothing in agent fees as a buyer. Once in a while a seller won't cover it. If that ever comes up, we'll talk it through with you and lay out every option well before anything goes in writing. No surprises, and no pressure.
