Chris Hysell

With over twenty years of combined experience in marketing and real estate, Chris brings a different lens to selling homes: one shaped by strategy and storytelling as much as by contracts and comps. As a California-licensed agent (DRE #01992879), he treats every listing as a full marketing campaign — curated photography, aerial drone perspectives, virtual tours, and a narrative that gives each property its due.

Born at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena and raised throughout Southern California, Chris has spent his career close to home in the San Gabriel Valley. A background in construction and building codes sharpens how he evaluates and presents a property's true potential. He's also an FAA Part 107–certified drone pilot, shooting the aerial photography and video that anchor the team's listing marketing.

Before real estate, Chris worked in escrow — so he knows a transaction from the paperwork side as well as the presentation side, and can walk clients through what's actually happening at each stage of closing. Most of his work still comes the old-fashioned way, through relationships and referrals.
